Rework & Repack :

Rework involves amending or completing packaging when one or more packaging components do not meet specifications or have not arrived in time.

Final Packaging:

Final packaging typically includes things like, transferring bottles from larger cases to smaller packaging that is dictated by region/market specs.

  • Labeling - 375mL, 750mL, 1.5mL (please ask for label requirements) on our full bottling line

  • Hand Labeling -  for alternate formats or individual labels  - also available on site for additional cost

  • Bottle Waxing - hand waxing 

  • Tissue Wrapping

  • Case Labeling/Re-labeling

  • Gift Case Assembly

Material Procurement and Expediting:

Material procurement and final packaging cost will also be dependent on complexity, volume and consulting services needed to complete the project. 

  • Expediting of Package Goods to ensure timely completion of the bottling process

    Packaging Materials Sourcing - will source raw goods for packaging to ensure on-time, affordable and appropriate packaging is used/purchased

  • Short term storage

Troubleshooting and Consulting:

Preparing wine for the consumer market is a complex and time consuming process.  Our management team has the experience, expertise and the contacts to expedite the bottling process from the time that the wine is ready to be bottled until it is safely stored in its packaging ready for the next step in the process.  Any snags in the process can be easily dealt with quickly and efficiently.
